Reservations & Stay

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Early arrival or late departure may be arranged through the concierge, subject to availability.

Is a deposit required when booking?

A deposit equal to one night confirms your reservation. Cancellations made up to 72 hours before arrival are fully refundable; later cancellations may lose the first night.

Do you offer packages with dining and accommodation?

Yes. Our Royal Weekend Escape combines a two-night stay, fine dining, and lounge seating. Please visit the Promotions page for current packages.

Casino

What is the minimum age for the casino floor?

Guests must be 18 years or older to enter the casino area and participate in gaming. A valid photo ID is required.

Do I need to be a hotel guest to visit the casino?

No. The casino, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues are open to both hotel guests and day visitors.

Are player benefits available?

The Polania Circle guest program records on-site play and offers selected benefits. Registration is free at the guest service desk.

Facilities & Services

Is valet parking available?

Yes. Complimentary valet is included for hotel guests. Day visitors may validate parking at participating restaurants or at the casino guest desk.

Is the hotel accessible?

Yes. Polania Luxe provides step-free routes, accessible rooms, lift access to all public areas, and additional assistance on request.

Are pets welcome?

Quiet dogs up to 20 kg are welcome in selected Polonia Classic King and Amber Spa Suite categories with advance notice.

Can I set limits for casino play?

Yes. Guests may request time and spending limits at the guest service desk. Our trained team can also explain self-exclusion and support options.
